BSA Twin Tower, located at the back of Megamall in Ortigas Center, the tallest twin tower in the country with over 1 thousand units, we were able to sell P67 millions worth of commercial units, and still counting.
St. Francis Square Development Corporation, the developer of BSA Twin Tower, is also the owner of the adjacent St. Francis Square mall. Formerly known as ASB Development Corporation, it is responsible for the development of residential towers such as Tiffany Mansion in San Juan and BSA Tower and Asian Mansion 1 in Makati. It is part of the St. Francis Square Group of Companies (formerly known as ASB Group) that operates ASB Condotels, Makati Hope Christian School and Caliraya Recreation Center.

The latest addition to the long list of soon to open SM Save More Supermarket which is at the corner of Taft Avenue and TM Kalaw was made possible through the diligent and persevering negotiation of Great 8 Realty managed by Ms. Vickie Estella last April 2009, a renown commercial locations negotiator and marketing person. On going negotiations of Ms. Vicke Estella for the leading supermarket chain in some other locations in Pasay City, Quezon City, Laguna and Bulacan is underway.
* K2 Drug and Convenient Store
Another valued client of Great 8 Realty, K2 Drug and Convenient Store has expanded very rapidly to various strategic locations through the assistance of Ms. Vickie Estella. These locations include K2 Drug in front Asian Hospital and Muntinlupa Hospital, G.Puyat St. (formerly Raon St.) corner Quezon Blvd. Quiapo last January 2009, and Paredes St, Sta. * Oi! Hongkong Noodles / Oi! Sisig Corporation
Through the assistance of Great 8 Realty, Oi! SiSig has suddenly emerged from being an ordinary cart in malls into a full-blown resto bar in Madison Square at Pioneer Street which opened last May 2009. Prior to this, she was also instrumental in the impressive expansion of Oi! Hongkong Noodles to various locations in malls and other commercial buildings.
